New Years Resolutions....

First of all a huge Happy New Year to all my lovely fans and followers!

The summit of Mt Kinabalu, 4095m (me in the middle!)

I have to admit to feeling very awful at neglecting my blog during the last few months of 2009. A new job took its toll but now that I'm more settled my first new years resolution is to dedicate more time to my blog and to JJS. Jim Jam Sandwich flourished over the Christmas months and I had an overwhelming amount of orders from my NOTHS and Folksy online shops. My 'I Love Tea' Brooches were such a hit so I'm now starting to think about developing other products. I want to start 2010 by keeping up my ever expanding, if small, company. Valentine's Day is the first big event for me and I already have a few ideas which you will hopefully see the results of very very soon

Abdul Raman Islands, just off the coast of Kota Kinabalu

Another New Years resolution is to continue my love of new adventures and travelling. I very luckily saw in Christmas and the New Year in Borneo so this is definitely one resolution that is going well. I spent a very action packed 8 days in the amazing and beautiful region of Sabah with two friends. We managed tropical islands, cities, night markets, monkey safari's, canopy walks and we also squeezed in a quick but very hard trek to the sumit of Mt Kinabalu, SE Asia's highest mountain at 4095m! I can just about walk again!! Here are a few photos to share with you some of the most stunning views I have ever experienced.
